Reporting absences:

To report an absence please phone or e-mail the school as early as possible, preferably before 08:45. Absences should be reported daily unless a return date is given.  If leaving a message please state your child’s name, form, reason for absence and if possible the date that they will return.

When arriving late for school or returning from appointments, pupils must sign in at reception and state clearly the reason for being late. This ensures that parents are not contacted unnecessarily causing undue alarm.  It also helps the school to maintain an up to date list of pupils for Health and Safety reasons or in case of fire.
